I focus primarily in the Gwinnett, Barrow, Jackson and Walton County areas. However my experience as an appraiser has taken me all over the city and I can assist you in most any area. I also have experience with investment properties and HUD homes and can aid you in these purchases also.

Home Key Realty has the absolutely BEST commission rate in the city. 4.5 % total commission will get your home listed in MLS, FMLS, Realtor.com and other real estate based websites to give you the maximum exposure in marketing your home. We can do this because we are a locally owned company and do not have to pay the franchise fees, etc. that other real estate firms are required. We believe in the seller receiving more of their equity in their home.

We may discount the commission, but we do not discount the service we provide to you. I will represent you and get you the most for your home when you sell and negotiate for the best possible price when you buy. Being an appraiser aids me in determining if the price is in line with other homes. I will also assist in resolving issues with the selling or buying process. Whether it be aiding a home inspector, providing recommendations for loans or finishing the transaction through closing, I will be there for you.
