How do we save you money ?

A typical listing from other Real Estate Companies is a total of 6 % or 7 % . On a 6 % listing, 3 % commission is given to the selling agent and 3 % commission is given to the listing agent. (6 % total commission program is the norm for Real Estate Companies) On a 7 % listing, 3.5 % commission is given to the selling agent and 3.5 % commission is given to the listing agent.

Our 4.5 % listing program is where you save your money. The selling agent still receives a 3 % commission. However, we only charge you 1.5 % to list your home.

Example : On a home that would sell for $ 200,000, the total commission on a 6 % commission would be $ 12,000 dollars on a 7 % commission the amount would be  $14,000 dollars. On our 4.5 % listing program the total commission would be $ 9,000 dollars. YOU SAVE FROM $ 3,000 TO $ 5,000 DOLLARS.
